NewsPRECISION GEM GRADING LAB ADOPTS IMAGEM TECHNOLOGYPrecision Gem Grading Laboratory (PGGL), in Philadelphia PA (USA) has adopted ImaGem technology for offering gem grading services. PGGL now offers highest level of precision and integrated diamond grading services in the United States. Besides the Lab in Surat, India, PGGL will bring latest innovations in grading technology that permit onsite grading services to the industry.
The 4 Cs, Light Behavior, Proportions and Fluorescence are directly measured with utmost accuracy and repeatability, in conjunction with specially trained technicians and Graduate Gemologists. A total of 2 gigabytes of information is recorded for each diamond, allowing other details to be available later if desired. Registration or finger printing of a diamond’s identity is another available feature. Read more...
