Expert Testimony and Related Consultation With Attorneys
$450 retainer, after an initial phone call or in-person conversation, and in advance of any further work. $450 is the minimum expert or litigation consultation fee.
$225 per hour or $1,600 per day plus all related expenses for travel and overnight accommodations.
$250 fee for cancellation of an appointed meeting or testimony date when not notified at least 2 full working days in advance. Monday through Friday are considered working days. Your hired expert must keep a clear his schedule for participation in expert proceedings many days or weeks in advance, and cannot simply move other appointments in to fill open time at a moment's notice.
